Somehow I forgot to update you this morning with yesterday's weigh-in!
The scale said.... 2.6 pound loss!!
I was so happy to see that, especially because I was sick and wasn't able to work out that much!
Hopefully this week will be even more...
Especially because I've been subjecting myself to more frequent, longer runs and a little bit of this:
For those of you who aren't familiar with Turbo Fire, imagine kickboxing, booty-shaking, non-stop moving for an hour...
Tomorrow, I will be doing lots of this....
If you see someone walking around, looking like they just got off a horse, say hi :)
In other news, here are the rest of my eats today:
Snack:
-Caramel corn rice cakes (3 PP)
Lunch:
-Sprouted whole grain bread (2 PP)
-Tuna fish with celery, onion, relish (2 PP)
-Apple with cinnamon and stevia (0 PP)
Snack:
-Cookie from roommate's cookie bouquet (11 PP)
Dinner:
-Southwest Chargrilled salad from Chickfila (8 PP)

85 Degree November
Yes, it is in fact 85 degrees here in Texas... Or, at least it was yesterday!
I love the warm weather, but it's so hard to get into the holiday spirit when I'm walking around campus in a t-shirt and shorts... I feel like I should be on Spring Break instead of Thanksgiving..
Maybe the Jersey Shore cast will wonder down south for the winter...
But anyways, y'all probably want to know what I've been eating lately, so here's the breakdown:
Monday:
Breakfast - Kashi pumpkin spice granola bars (4 PP)
Snack - Serving of caramel corn mini rice cakes (YUM!) (3 PP)
Lunch - Grilled chicken salad with feta cheese (4 PP) (I didn't finish it all)
Snack - Apple with cinnamon and stevia sprinkled on top... So good, you must try it! (0 PP)
Dinner - Went out for my roommate's birthday, so I had:
-Spinach dip (1/4 cup) 3 PP
-Tortilla chips (18) 6 PP
-Half of a grilled chicken salad with fruit on it (5 PP)
-Bite of dessert (1 PP)
-WW Dark Chocolate Rasberry ice cream bar (3 PP)
Tuesday:
Breakfast:
-Sprouted cinnamon raisin bread (2 PP)
-Fat free cottage cheese (1/2 cup) (2 PP)
I promise to upload pics next time, but my camera died so I'm having to rely on this little number:
But I guess it's better than nothing! See you tonight with the rest of my eats today :)

TGIF
TGIF - Thank goodness it's Friday!
This week has been filled with papers, tests, group projects, and work! I love my job and classmates, but sometimes, a girl just wants to lay on the couch, watch reality television and blog... Is that too much to ask?!
Hopefully not, because that's what I'm finally doing as I type now :)
As stressful as the week may have been, I counted my points each day and haven't even dipped into my weeklies...yet :)
I forgot to take pics of my meals today, but I can tell you what they were:
(I promise to take pics tomorrow!)
Breakfast:
-Sprouted cinnamon raisin bread from Central Market (2 PP)
-1 T of Natural Peanut butter (3 PP)
-1 sliced banana to go on top (0 PP)
I have eaten this breakfast every day this week and it keeps getting better and better!
Lunch: (While eaten at my desk today)
-Sprouted whole grain bread (2 PP)
-2 slices of turkey (1 PP)
-Carrots/Cucumbers (0 PP)
-Salsa (0 PP)
-Apples (0 PP)
If you haven't read my blog before, you may not know that I eat salsa like I'll never see it again! Seriously, I eat it on salads, with veggies...basically anything and everything :) Blame my Texas roots!
Snack:
-Tall soy chai tea latte (4 PP)
Dinner:
My roommates and I just got back from:
Usually, when I eat at places like Olive Garden, I decide beforehand that it's going to be so bad, I shouldn't even worry about counting points. Basically, I sabotage myself into eating the entire bread basket because I think I can't control myself! How backwards is that?!
But, tonight, I counted up the points beforehand!
-Salad (4 PP)
-Breadstick (4 PP for one)
-Minestrone soup (2 PP)
Since I had already entered this into my phone before we got there, I couldn't let myself reach for another breadstick. Blame my Type A personality, but I didn't want to change my log in my phone! And surprisingly, this tactic worked!
Of course, now it's Friday night and I'm looking at those 49 points I can eat before Sunday...
But, I controlled myself very well, so if I do decide to have something indulgent, I know I deserved it!
Or at least that's what I'll tell the guy at the Dairy Queen drive-thru :)

Back and Better than Ever
Okay, so my title may be slightly deceiving...
The good news: I will be back to blogging!
The bad news: I am not better than ever... But, there might be some good news in that because I will now be more dedicated to Weight Watchers than ever!
After the summer, I started an internship and came back to college and everything has been crazy ever since!
But, I'm back to following the Weight Watchers Points Plus plan, and have been very good all week! I will be back tonight or tomorrow with a few pics of my latest eats!
Please forgive me for my 4 month absence :) I will be back for good now!

The Time is Now
Hey guys!
Yesterday I was so busy with work, that I was shocked when my parents surprised me with tickets to this:
The Dallas Mavs vs. Miami Heat game!!!
And it was such an amazing game! Of course, we killed Miami, which made it all that much better!
Needless to say, I was so excited that meals for yesterday went unphotographed, but I can give you a few more shots of the game!
Breakfast
Un-photogenic, but delicious!

I'm off from work today, so I may go spend some of that hard earned money!

Back to Work
Hey everyone!
Sorry I've been MIA for the past two days!
Yesterday was the LSAT, so I didn't have much time to post in between leaving 2 hours early (yes, I'm a little paranoid) and taking the 5 hour test!
But, good news is that I'm back for good!!
Checking the LSAT off my list is a huge relief, so now it's time to make some money!!
Today was my first day at work:
Yes, I work at Sonic and yes I bring my lunch :)
I am from a really small town, so I've actually worked at Sonic for the past 4 summers! I've done internships and other jobs along with Sonic, but my friends always make me come back :)
And, I'm sure you're curious about whether I'm tempted by the food...
DEFINITELY NOT!! Just work there for a few hours and you will know why :)
Being a carhop is actually a really great workout too, because I'm lifting trays and literally running around for 6 hours a day! I love it!!
So, because I've been a little scattered lately, my eats reflect it...
Lunch (in my hot pink lunchbox):
The usual combination:

I just got home, so figuring I burned 5830183 calories, I munched on a few of these:
Coke Zero has finally arrived at our Sonic!!
I will be back for dinner! (I just need to rest my feet...and legs....ouch)

Popsicle Weather
Lunch
- Morningstar black bean burger (3 PP)
- One Mrs. Bairds Sandwich Thin (3 PP)
- Salad with veggies and balsamic vinegar (0 PP)
Lunch today was consumed while watching Thursday's Real Housewives of New York City.
They are currently in Morocco and at their peak of over-dramatic PMS personalities.
Of course, I love every minute of it :)
These burgers are my FAVORITE frozen burger, because they take one minute to make and are really flavorful!
Summer Lovin'
But, true Summer heat doesn't begin until May, so by now it is in FULL FORCE!
That means only one thing can solve this problem:
Popsicles and Pool Time :)
I may be in this position for the rest of the day, so if you don't hear from me, send help.
Or you can just send more popsicles.
