Three years of college and too many study-breaks consisting of Real Housewives and ice cream has led to a few excess pounds... My goal is to achieve a healthy balance of food, fitness, and fun, while sharing it all here on Point the Weigh!
This blog is about my journey on Weight Watchers, as I try to get fit during my Senior year of college. I have always been passionate about healthy eating and working out, so this new plan will really be a way for me to recommit to a healthier lifestyle!
